Final Order Entered: 1 . North Mercer is granted a CPCN to proceed with the proposed purchase and renovation as set forth in its application. 2. Any deviation from the purchase and renovation as approved shall be undertaken only with the prior approval of the Commission. 3. North Mercer shall file with the Commission documentation of the total costs of this project, including the cost of renovation and all other capitalized costs, (e.g. engineering, legal, administrative) within 60 days of the date that the purchase and renovation authorized under this CPCN is substantially completed. Renovation costs shall be classified into appropriate plant accounts in accordance with the Uniform System of Accounts for water utilities prescribed by the Commission. 4. If "as built" drawings are prepared for the proposed renovations of the building, North Mercer shall file a copy of the drawings and a certified statement that the renovation has been satisfactorily completed in accordance with the contract plans and specifications within 60 days of the substantial completion of the renovation certificated herein. 5. Any documents filed pursuant to ordering paragraphs 4 & 5 shall reference this case number and shall be retained in the utility's general correspondence file. 6. Within 30 days following the first anniversary date of this Order, North Mercer shall file a report that describes and documents the utilization of the office and headquarters that it is replacing through this proposal. |
