Order Entered: Mountain Water is granted a CPCN for the proposed construction as set forth in its application. 2. Mountain Water's proposed plan of financing is approved. 3. Mountain Water shall obtain approval from the Commission prior to performing any additional construction not expressly authorized by this Order. 4. Notwithstanding ordering paragraph 3, if surplus funds remain after the approved construction has been completed, Mountain Water may use such surplus to construct additional plant facilities if RD approves of the use and the additional construction will not result in a change in Mountain Water's rates for service. Mountain Water shall provide written notice of this additional construction in accordance with 807 KAR 5:069, Section 4. 5. Mountain Water shall file with the Commission documentation of the total costs of this project, including the cost of construction and all other capitalized costs (e.g., engineering, legal, and administrative), within 60 days of the date that construction is substantially completed. Construction cost shall be classified into appropriate plant accounts in accordance with the Uniform System of Accounts for water utilities prescribed by the Commission.

Order Entered: 1. The motion of the Attorney General to intervene is granted. 2. The Attorney General shall be entitled to the full rights of a party and shall be served with the Commission's Orders and with filed testimony, exhibits, pleadings, correspondence, and all other documents submitted by parties after the date of this Order. 3. The Attorney General shall comply with all provisions of the Commission's regulation, 807 KAR 5:001, Section 7, related to the service and filing of documents. 4. Within seven days of entry of this Order, the Attorney General shall provide his electronic mail address to which all electronic documents issued by the Commission and other parties of record may be served upon the Attorney General in accordance \with 807 KAR 5:001, Section 4(8)(b). 5. Requests for information to Mountain Water District shall be filed no later than July 28, 2016. 6. Mountain Water District shall file responses to requests for information no later than August 4, 2016. 7. The Attorney General shall file comments, If any, no later than August 11, 2016. 8. The last day for the Commission to approve Mountain Water District's application under KRS 278.023 is 30 days after the Commission accepts the application for filing.
