Final Order Entered: 1. The Rider ASRP tariff and rates proposed by Duke Kentucky are denied. 2. The Stipulation and attachments, including the tariff sheet set out in Second Revised Attachment PAL-2, attached hereto as Appendix A, are approved in their entirety. 3. Duke Kentucky's request for a CPCN for its ASRP program is approved. The Rider ASRP rates in Appendix B to this Order are approved for Duke Kentucky to charge on and after the date of this Order. 5. Pursuant to its agreement to alter its schedule for filing its annual Rider ASRP update and balancing adjustment, Duke Kentucky shall file its ASRP projections for the following calendar year annually by July 1, and shall include with its filing a reconciliation of actual and projected cost, taking into account actual revenue recovered through the surcharge, for the previous calendar year, with rates to go into effect January 1, with the first such filing due July 1, 2016, for rates to be effective January 1, 2017. 6. Duke Kentucky is authorized to continue assuming ownership of customer service lines as they are replaced, and shall revise its tariff sheet KY. P.S.C. Gas No. 2, Third Revised Sheet Number 23, page 1 of 2, Section IV, to clarify that it will assume ownership of the customer service lines following replacement, as well as in instances of new installation.

The revised procedural schedule set forth in the Appendix to this Order supersedes the procedural schedule previously established by the August 5, 2015 Order and shall be followed in this proceeding. 2. All provisions of the Commission's Order of August 5, 2015, not in conflict with this Order shall remain in full force and effect.

Order Entered: 1. Duke Kentucky's proposed ASRP tariff is accepted for filing as of July 30, 2015, to be effective as of August 29, 2015. 2. Duke Kentucky's proposed ASRP tariff is suspended for five months from August 29, 2015, up to and including January 28, 2016. 3. The procedural schedule set forth in the Appendix shall be followed. 4. All parties shall respond to any interrogatories or requests for production of documents that Commission Staff submits in accordance with the procedural schedule set forth in the Appendix. 5. a. Responses to requests for information in paper medium shall be appropriately indexed, bound and tabbed. All responses shall include the name of the witness who will be responsible for responding to questions related to the information provided. b. Each response shall be answered under oath or, for representatives of a public or private corporation or a partnership or association or a governmental agency, be accompanied by a signed certification of the preparer or person supervising the preparation of the response on behalf of the entity that the response is true and accurate to the best of that person's knowledge, information, and belief formed after a reasonable inquiry. c. Any party shall make timely amendment to any prior response if it obtains information which indicates that the response was incorrect when made or, though correct when made, is now incorrect in any material respect.
