Order Entered: The presentation at KRWA's training session to be held on July 16, 2015, at Warren County Water District's office in Bowling Green, Kentucky, is accredited and approved for a maximum of six credit hours of water district management training. 2. KRWA shall retain a record of all water district commissioners attending the accredited and approved presentations. 3. No later than 30 days after the presentation, KRWA shall file with the Commission: a. A sworn statement attesting that the accredited instruction was performed: b. A description of any changes in the presenters or the proposed curriculum that occurred after KRWA's application; c. The name of each water district commissioner in attendance, his or her water district, and the number of hours that he or she attended; and d. A copy of any written material given to water commissioners attending the presentations.
