Order Entered: The presentation at the KRWA's Annual Conference and Exhibition, Every Connection Counts, event to be held on August 24-26, 2015, in Lexington, Kentucky, is accredited and approved for a maximum of 12 hours of continuing education credit. 2. KRWA shall retain a record of all water district commissioners attending the accredited and approved presentations. 3. No later than 30 days after each presentation, KRWA shall file with the Commission: a. A sworn statement attesting that the accredited instruction was performed; b. A description of any changes in the presenters or the proposed curriculum that occurred after KRWA's application; c. The name of each attending water district commissioner, his or her water district, and the number of hours that he or she attended;
