Order Entered: 1. Duke Kentucky’s request to reduce the notice period from 30 to 20 days for its revised Cogen Tariff is granted. 2. Duke Kentucky’s revised Cogen Tariff is approved for service rendered on and after April 17, 2012. 3. Within 20 days of the date of this Order, Duke Kentucky shall file its revised tariff as approved herein, reflecting its effective date and that it was approved pursuant to this Order.
