Order Entered: 1. The AMRP rates in the Appendix to this Order are approved for billing with Columbia’s June 2012 billing cycle effective May 30, 2012. 2. In every future filing of annual update data and application for increased AMRP rates, Columbia shall continue to file the detailed breakdown of additions to Account 376.25, Mains-AMRP, as required herein. 3. Columbia shall continue to file every future AMRP rate increase application no later than March 1. 4. Within 20 days of the date of this Order, Columbia shall file its revised tariffs with this Commission, setting out the AMRP rates authorized herein and reflecting that they were approved pursuant to this Order.
