(5) Within five days of the consummation of the acquisition, Duke Kentucky shall file a written notice with the Commission setting forth the date of acquisition. (6) Any documents filed in the future pursuant to ordering paragraphs 1, 2, 3, 4, and 5 herein shall reference this case number and shall be retained in the utility’s general correspondence file.
