Final Order Entered: (1) The charges and credits applied by LG&E through the FAC for the period from November 1, 2008 through October 31, 2010 are approved. (2) LG&E’s proposed base fuel cost of 22.15 mills per kWh is approved. (3) LG&E shall transfer (roll-in) 1.57 mills per kWh of fuel costs to its current base rates that were being charged to customers through its FAC. (4) The rates in the Appendix to this Order are approved to be effective with LG&E’s first billing cycle for July 2011. (5) Beginning with the expense month for July 2011, LG&E shall use an FAC rate based on a base fuel cost of 22.15 mills per kWh. (6) Within 20 days of the date of this Order, LG&E shall file its revised tariff sheets with the Commission setting out the rates approved herein.

Order Entered: 1. Louisville Gas and Electric Company (“LG&E”) shall appear in Hearing Room 1 of the Commission’s offices at 211 Sower Boulevard, Frankfort, Kentucky, on March 22, 201 1 at 1O:OO a.m., Eastern Daylight Time, to submit itself to examination on the application of its Fuel Adjustment Clause (“FAC”) from November 1, 2008 to October 31, 2010. 2. Not less than 7 days nor more than 21 days prior to the scheduled hearing, LG&E shall publish in a newspaper of general circulation in each area in which it serves, notice of the purpose, time, place and date of the scheduled hearing. 3. LG&E shall file with the Commission no later than March 18, 201 1 proof of publication of its notice for the hearing. 4. The Commission adopts the procedural schedule set forth in Appendix A to this Order, which is incorporated by reference herein. 5. a. LG&E shall file with the Commission, on or before February 14, 2011, its response to all requests for information listed in Appendix B. 13. The records of Case No. 2009-00288,' Case No. 2009-00508,2 and Case No. 201 0-002673 are incorporated by reference into this proceeding. 14. Any intervening party that intends to file testimony in this matter shall advise the Commission in writing of its intent to do so, and shall, no later than February 25, 201 1, move for modification of the procedural schedule, if necessary, to permit the filing of its testimony.
