Order Entered: (1) Complainant, Wanda Sue Castle, shall submit a written response to KAWC's Motion to Dismiss within 20 days of the date of this Order. (2) Any Reply to the Response shall be filed no later than 10 days thereafter. (3) Failure by Complainant to file a written response within 20 days of the date of this Order may be grounds for the Commission to dismiss the Complaint.
