Order Entered: (1) A public hearing shall be held on December 13, 2010 at 10:00 a.m. at the Commission's offices. If no interested party files written notice of its intent to attend this hearing with the Commission by December 9, 2010, this public hearing is cancelled. (2) Jackson Purchase shall publish notice no less than seven days nor more than 21 days prior to the public hearing in a newspaper of general circulation in its services areas. Jackson Purchase shall file an Affidavit of Publication of Hearing Notice with the Commission no later than December 9, 2010. (3) The official record of the proceeding shall be by video only.
