Order Entered: (1) Nolin's request to accept the attached tariff sheets included in its motion as a revision to the responses to Items 3 and 4 of the December 15, 2010 filing is granted. (2) The appendix to the January 14, 2011 Order is amended to reflect the monthly per-unit rate of $35.52 for the Acorn Contemporary Type 400 Watt HPS security light and a monthly rate of $34.02 for the Santa Rosa Contemporary Type 150 Watt HPS. (3) All other provisions of the January 14, 2011 Order shall remain in full force and effect. (4) Within 20 days of the date of this Order, Nolin shall file its revised tariffs.

Nolin RECC's Motion to Accept Revised Data Response and Approval of Tariff Sheet Corrections

Order Entered: The proposed rates submitted with Nolin’s application are rejected. The revised approach proposed by Nolin to allocate its portion of the increase in wholesale rates authorized in Case No. 2010-00167 which directly assigns the increase to AGC with the remaining amount allocated to its other rate classes on a proportional basis is accepted. 3. The rates set forth in the tariff sheets in the Appendix hereto are approved for service rendered on and after the date of this Order. 4. Within 20 days of the date of this Order, Nolin shall file its revised tariffs with this Commission setting out the rates approved herein and stating that they were approved pursuant to this Order.
