Final Order Entered: 1. AT&T Kentucky shall send customer notification via U.S. mail to each of its customers in the Designated Relinquishment Areas no later than June 14, 2018, advising them that AT&T Kentucky plans to discontinue service on August 14, 2018, and that service can be obtained from other providers. 2. AT&T Kentucky's request to withdraw as an ETC in the Designated Relinquishment Areas as of August 14, 2018, is granted. 3. AT&T Kentucky's request to cancel its authority to operate as an ETC in the Designated Relinquishment Areas as of August 14, 2018, is granted. 4. A copy of this Order shall be served upon the Federal Communications Commission and the Universal Service Administration Company. 5. This case is now closed and removed from the Commission's docket.

Order Entered: 1. The motion of the Wireless ETCs to intervene is granted. 2. The Wireless ETCs shall be entitled to the full rights of a party and shall be served with the Commission's Orders and with filed testimony, exhibits, pleadings, correspondence, and all other documents submitted by parties after the date of this Order. 3. The Wireless ETC's shall comply with all provisions of the Commission's regulation, 807 KAR 5:001, Section 7, related to the service and filing of documents. 4. Wireless ETCs shall adhere to the procedural schedule set forth in the Commission's February 2, 2018 Order and as amended by subsequent Orders. 5. Within seven days of entry of this Order, the Wireless ETC's shall provide the electronic mail address to which all electronic documents issued by the Commission and other parties of record may be served upon the Wireless ETC's in accordance with 807 KAR 5:001, Section 4(8).

Order Entered: The procedural schedule set forth in the Appendix to this Order shall be followed. 2. a. Responses to requests for information in paper medium shall be appropriately bound, tabbed, and indexed and shall include the name of the witness responsible for responding to questions related to the information provided, with the original and six copies in paper medium and an electronic version to the Commission. b. Each response shall be answered under oath or, for representatives of a public or private corporation or a partnership or an association or a governmental agency, be accompanied by a signed certification of the preparer or person supervising the preparation of the response on behalf of the entity that the response is true and accurate to the best of that person's knowledge, information, and belief formed after a reasonable inquiry. c. Any party shall make timely amendment to any prior response if it obtains information which indicates that the response was incorrect when made or, though correct when made, is now incorrect in any material respect. d. For any request to which a party fails or refuses to furnish all or part of the requested information, that party shall provide a written explanation of the specific grounds for its failure to completely and precisely respond.
