Order Entered: 1. This proceeding is opened to investigate issues relating to electric and natural gas utility affordability and access to electric and natural gas utility service. 2. All jurisdictional electric utilities and the large natural gas utilities identified in footnote 1 are made parties to this proceeding. 3. Within seven days of the date of service of this Order, each utility made a party to this proceeding shall, by counsel, file an entry of appearance. The entry of appearance shall include the name, address, telephone number, and electronic mail address of counsel. 4. Pursuant to 807 KAR 5:001, Section 8(10), within seven days of the date of service of this Order, each utility made a party to this proceeding shall file a written statement that it or its authorized agent possesses the facilities to receive electronic transmissions. Unless a party objects to the use of electronic filing procedures within seven days of the date of service of this Order, the party shall be deemed to have consented to the use of electronic filing procedures and the service of all papers, including Orders of the Commission, by electronic means. 5. Any other utility, person, or entity seeking to participate as a party shall file a motion to intervene no later than September 8, 2026, pursuant to 807 KAR 5:001, Section 4(11). |
