The 2024 Water Personnel Training Seminar, which the Commission conducted at the Kentucky Transportation Cabinet, 200 Mero St. Frankfort, Kentucky 40601 on December 3-4, 2024, as set forth in the syllabus attached as Appendix A, is approved for six credit hours of water district management training and six hours of new water district commissioner training, for a total of 12 credit hours. 2. Those individuals appearing in the list of attendees attached to this Order as Appendix B shall receive the credit for the number of hours that they attended the training. 3. This case is closed and removed from the Commission's docket.
