Order Entered: 1. Each Cooperative shall individually file with the Commission, on or before August 26, 2024, an affidavit attesting to its compliance or noncompliance with the requirements of 807 KAR 5:056. The Commission directs the Cooperatives to the Commission’s July 22, 2021 Order in Case No. 2020-00085¹ regarding filings with the Commission. Electronic documents shall be in portable document format (PDF), shall be searchable, and shall be appropriately bookmarked. 2. All documents that each Cooperative filed with the Commission during the period under review pursuant to 807 KAR 5:056, Sections 2(1)–2(4), are incorporated by reference into the record of this proceeding. 3. As set forth in 807 KAR 5:001, Section 4(11)(a), a person requesting permissive intervention in a Commission proceeding is required to demonstrate either (1) a special interest in the proceedings which is not adequately represented in the case, or (2) that the person requesting permissive intervention is likely to present issues or develop facts that will assist the Commission in fully considering the matter without unduly complicating or disrupting the proceedings. 4. Any request for intervention must be filed by August 5, 2024.
