Order Entered: 1. The procedural schedule set forth in Appendix A to this Order shall be followed. 2. LG&E, pursuant to 807 KAR 5:001, shall file its responses to Commission Staff’s First Request for Information, attached to this Order as Appendix B, on or before August 26, 2024. 3. LG&E shall respond to all requests for information propounded by Commission Staff, whether identified on the procedural schedule or otherwise, as provided in those requests. 4. All documents that LG&E filed with the Commission during the period under review pursuant to 807 KAR 5:056, Section 2(1)–(4), are incorporated by reference into the record of this proceeding. 5. Any party filing a paper with the Commission shall file an electronic copy in accordance with the electronic filing procedures set forth in 807 KAR 5:001, Section 8.
