EKPC, pursuant to 807 KAR 5:001, shall file its responses to Commission Staff’s First Request for Information, attached to this Order as Appendix B, on or before August 26, 2024. 3. EKPC shall respond to all requests for information propounded by Commission Staff, whether identified on the procedural schedule or otherwise, as provided in those requests. 4. All documents that EKPC filed with the Commission during the period under review pursuant to 807 KAR 5:056, Section 2(1)–(4), are incorporated by reference into the record of this proceeding. 5.
