Final Order Entered: 1. Nebo District is granted a CPCN for the proposed project as submitted. 2. Nebo District’s proposed plan of financing is approved. 3. Nebo District is authorized to execute the RD loan as provided. 4. Nebo District is authorized to enter into a loan in the amount of $1,542,000 with RD, maturing over a period of 40 years and with an interest rate not to exceed 3.5 percent per annum. 5. Nebo District is authorized to issue bonds under with the same terms as the RD loan, to be purchased by RD to secure the loan. 6. Nebo District shall charge rates, set forth in the Appendix attached to this Order, not to exceed the minimum rates required by the RD agreement but not less than its current rates. 7. Within 20 days of the date of service of this Order, Nebo District shall file with this Commission, using the Commission’s electronic Tariff Filing System, new tariff sheets setting forth the rates and charges approved herein and their effective date, and stating that the rates and charges were authorized by this Order. 8. The proceeds of the loans shall be used only for the purposes specified in Nebo District’s application. 9. Nebo District shall obtain approval from the Commission prior to performing any additional construction not expressly authorized by this Order.
