Order Entered: 1. This proceeding is established to investigate the reasonableness of Somerset Water’s proposed Phase 2 and Phase 3 wholesale rates to Southeastern Water and Western Pulaski District. 2. Somerset Water’s proposed Phase 1 wholesale rate of $2.80 per 1,000 gallons is approved for service rendered on and after January 25, 2024. 3. Within 20 days of the date of service of this Order, Somerset Water shall file with the Commission, using the Commission’s electronic Tariff Filing System, its revised tariff sheet setting forth the rates approved herein and reflecting their effective date and that they were authorized by this Order.4. Somerset Water’s proposed Phase 2 and Phase 3 wholesale rates are suspended for five months from January 25, 2024, up to and including June 24, 2024. 5. Somerset Water shall, by counsel, enter an appearance in this proceeding within seven days of the date of service of this Order. The entry of appearance shall include the name, address, telephone number, fax number, and electronic mail address of counsel. 6. Unless otherwise ordered by the Commission, the procedures set forth in 807 KAR 5:001, Section 8, related to service and electronic filing of papers shall be followed in this proceeding.
