Order Entered nunc pro tunc, that: 1. The following language is stricken in Appendix B of the Order: First 15,000 Gallons $7.52 Minimum Bill 2. The following language is amended in Appendix B of the Order: First 15,000 Gallons 0.00752 Per Gallon 3. All other provisions of the Commission’s October 26, 2023 Order that are not in conflict with the terms of this Order shall remain in effect.

Final Order Entered: 1. The purchased water adjustment factor of $0.02 per 1,000 gallons is approved. 2. The rates proposed by Hardin District #1 are denied. 3. The rates as set forth in Appendix B to this Order are approved for water service rendered by Hardin District #1 on and after October 1, 2023. 4. Within 20 days of the date of service of this Order, Hardin District #1 shall file with the Commission, using the Commission’s electronic Tariff Filing System, revised tariff sheets showing the rates approved herein. 5. Hardin District #1 shall give an updated notice to its customers of the rates approved in this Order no later than the issuance of the first bill at the increased rate. 6. This case is closed and removed from the Commission’s docket.
