Order Entered: 1. Northern Kentucky District’s motion for confidential treatment is granted. 2. The designated material granted confidential treatment by this Order shall not be placed in the public record or made available for public inspection for an indefinite period or until further Order of this Commission. 3. Use of the designated material granted confidential treatment by this Order in any Commission proceeding shall comply with 807 KAR 5:001, Section 13(9). 4. Northern Kentucky District shall inform the Commission if the designated material granted confidential treatment by this Order becomes publicly available or no longer qualifies for confidential treatment.

Final Order Entered: 1. Northern Kentucky District is granted a CPCN to construct the proposed project as set forth in the application. 2. Northern Kentucky District’s proposed plan of financing is approved. 3. Northern Kentucky District is authorized to use the remaining 4,065,000 of KIA Loan F20-044, and, under the terms of that Agreement, said amount is to be repaid over 20 years at an interest rate of 1.50 percent and an additional loan servicing fee of 0.25 percent. 4. The remaining proceeds from KIA Loan F20-044 shall be used only for the purposes specified in Northern Kentucky District’s application. 5. Northern Kentucky District shall obtain approval from the Commission prior to performing any additional construction not expressly approved by this Order. 6. Northern Kentucky District shall require construction to be inspected under general supervision of a licensed professional engineer with a Kentucky registration in civil or mechanical engineering to ensure that the construction work is done in accordance with the contract drawings and specifications and in conformance with best practices of the construction trades involved in the project.

Order Entered: 1. Northern Kentucky District’s application for approval of the proposed evidence of indebtedness is continued beyond the 60-day period specified in KRS 278.300(2). 2. The procedural schedule set forth in Appendix A to this Order shall be followed. 3. Northern Kentucky District shall respond to all requests for information propounded by Commission Staff, whether identified on the procedural schedule or otherwise, as provided in those requests.
