Order Entered: 1. Appendix B is hereby amended to include Buffalo Trail’s 4-inch meter rate schedule with the added language of, “4-Inch Meter First 40,000 Gallons $255.10 Minimum Bill; Over 40,000 Gallons $0.00531 Per Gallon.” 2. Buffalo Trail shall file an updated tariff within 20 days of this Order to reflect inclusion of the new rate. 3. All other provisions of the Commission’s February 24, 2023 final Order that are not in conflict with the terms of this Order shall remain in effect.

Final Order Entered: 1. The purchased water adjustment factor of $0.07 per 1,000 gallons is approved. 2. The rates proposed by Buffalo Trail are denied. 3. The rates as set forth in Appendix B to this Order are approved for water service rendered by Buffalo Trail on and after January 15, 2023. 4. Within 20 days of the date of service of this Order, Buffalo Trail shall file with the Commission, using the Commission’s electronic Tariff Filing System, revised tariff sheets showing the rates approved herein. 5. This case is closed and removed from the Commission’s docket.
