Final Order Entered: 1. Salt River Electric’s proposed AMS Opt-Out rates are denied in part and approved in part. 2. The proposed AMS Opt-Out tariff and the rates set forth in the Appendix to this Order are approved as of the date of entry of this Order. 3. Within 20 days of the date of this Order, Salt River Electric shall, using the Commission's Electronic Tariff Filing System, file a revised tariff sheet setting out the rates set forth in the Appendix to this Order and reflecting that they were approved pursuant to this Order. 4. This case is hereby closed and will be removed from the Commission's docket.

Order Entered: 1. This proceeding is established to investigate the reasonableness of the proposed tariff. 2. Salt River Electric’s proposed tariff is suspended for five months from November 3, 2022, up to and including April 2, 2023. 3. Salt River Electric shall, by counsel, enter an appearance in this proceeding within seven days of the date of service of this Order. The entry of appearance shall include the name, address, telephone number, fax number, and electronic mail address of counsel. 4. Unless otherwise ordered by the Commission, the procedures set forth in 807 KAR 5:001, Section 8, related to service and electronic filing of papers shall be followed in this proceeding.
