Any utility impacted by the severe weather event beginning on July 26, 2022, shall have a 30 day extension, from the date of this Order, to file any monthly, quarterly, semi-annual, or annual filings required pursuant to a Commission Order that otherwise would be filed between July 28, 2022 and September 6, 2022. 2. Until September 6, 2022, utilities impacted by the severe weather event beginning on July 26, 2022, are granted deviation from the following requirements: a. 807 KAR 5:001, Section 5; and b. 807 KAR 5:001, Section 8(2). 3. This matter is closed and removed from the Commission’s docket.
