Final Order Entered: 1. The rates proposed by Valley Gas are denied. 2. The rates set forth in the Appendix A to this Order are approved for service rendered on and after July 1, 2022. 3. Valley Gas shall replace its current Schedule IV, Actual Adjustment calculation with the methodology shown in the Appendix B to this Order when it files its next GCR rate report. 4. Valley Gas’s future GCR reports shall include the information required in finding paragraph 7. 5. Within 20 days of the date of entry of this Order, Valley Gas shall file with this Commission, using the Commission’s electronic Tariff Filing System, revised tariff sheets setting out the rate approved herein and reflecting that it was approved pursuant to this Order. 6. This case is closed and removed from the Commission’s docket.
