Order Entered: 1. Navitas KY’s motion for confidential treatment is granted. 2. The designated material granted confidential treatment by this Order shall not be placed in the public record or made available for public inspection for ten years or until further Order of this Commission. 3. Use of the designated material granted confidential treatment by this Order in any Commission proceeding shall comply with 807 KAR 5:001, Section 13(9).

Final Order Entered: 1. The rate set forth in the Appendix A to this Order is approved for service rendered by Navitas KY on and after August 1, 2021. 2. Within 20 days of the date of entry of this Order, Navitas KY shall file with this Commission, using the Commission’s electronic Tariff Filing System, revised tariff sheets setting out the rate approved herein and reflecting that it was approved pursuant to this Order. 3. Navitas KY shall file responses to the requests for information set forth in Appendix B to this Order by August 6, 2021. 4. This case shall remain open until the reasonableness of the gas cost for the unified system is obtained.
