Final Order Entered: 1. The Joint Applicants are granted a CPCN to construct a wireless telecommunications facility. The proposed facility consists of a tower not to exceed 265 feet in height, with attached antennas, to be located at 152 Arlie Piercy Road, Monticello, Wayne County, Kentucky. The coordinates for the proposed facility are North Latitude 36°53'51.27" by 84°47'05.92" West Longitude. 2. The Joint Applicants shall immediately notify the Commission in writing if, after the antenna tower is built and utility service is commenced, the tower is not used for three months in the manner authorized by this Order. 3. Documents filed, if any, in the future pursuant to ordering paragraph 2 herein shall reference this case number and shall be retained in the post-case correspondence file. 4. This case is closed and removed from the Commission’s docket.

The local public hearing shall be held on October 1, 2021, at 150 Cardinal Way, Monticello, Kentucky 42633 and shall begin at 4 p.m. Eastern Daylight Time. 3. No evidence shall be taken at the local public hearing. 4. AT&T Mobility shall have a representative present at the local public hearing to answer questions from the public. 5. AT&T Mobility shall provide written notice of the time and place of the local public hearing to the residents of Wayne County that requested the local public hearing, and to the Wayne County Judge Executive.
