Final Order Entered: 1. Duke Kentucky’s proposed DSM programs and associated costs are approved effective the first billing cycle of the month following the issuance of this Order. 2. The DSM rates in the Appendix to this Order are approved. 3. Duke Kentucky shall comply with the requirements of the finding paragraphs 2 and 5. 4. In its next filing for Commission approval of its DSM programs, Duke Kentucky shall provide analyses of the impact of DSM charges on its electric and gas customers’ bills, and detailed evaluations of the cost-effectiveness of its existing programs and any proposed programs in light of the attendant cost burdens to the residential and commercial classes. 5. Within 20 days of the date of this Order, Duke Kentucky shall file with this Commission, using the Commission’s electronic Tariff Filing System, revised tariff sheets setting out the rates approved herein and reflecting that they were approved pursuant to this Order. 6. This case is closed and removed from the Commission’s docket. |

Order Entered: 1. Duke Kentucky’s proposed tariffs are suspended for five months from December 15, 2020, up to and including May 14, 2021. 2. The procedural schedule set forth in the Appendix to this Order shall be followed. 3. a. Responses to requests for information in paper medium shall be appropriately bound, tabbed, and indexed, with the original and an electronic version to the Commission. Electronic documents shall be in portable document format (PDF), shall be searchable, and shall be appropriately bookmarked. Each response shall include the name of the witness responsible for responding to the questions related to the information provided. b. Each response shall be answered under oath or, for representatives of a public or private corporation or a partnership or an association or a governmental agency, be accompanied by a signed certification of the preparer or person supervising the preparation of the response on behalf of the entity that the response is true and accurate to the best of that person’s knowledge, information, and belief formed after a reasonable inquiry. c. A party shall make timely amendment to any prior response if it obtains information that indicates the response was incorrect when made or, though correct when made, is now incorrect in any material respect. |
