Kentucky Power’s proposed surcharge factor for commercial customers is denied. 3. Kentucky Power’s proposed surcharge factor for residential customers is approved. 4. The surcharge factors set forth in the Appendix to this Order are approved for service rendered on and after January 1, 2021. 5. Within 20 days of this date of this Order, Kentucky Power shall file with the Commission, using the Commission’s electronic Tariff Filing System, its revised tariffs as set forth in this Order reflecting that they were approved pursuant of this Order. 6. This case is closed and removed from the Commission’s docket. |
