Order Entered: 1. Kentucky Frontier’s petition for confidential treatment is granted. 2. The designated material granted confidential treatment by this Order shall not be placed in the public record or made available for public inspection for in perpetuity or until further Order of this Commission. 3. Use of the designated material granted confidential treatment by this Order in any Commission proceeding shall comply with 807 KAR 5:001, Section 13(9). 4. Kentucky Frontier shall inform the Commission if the designated material granted confidential treatment by this Order becomes publicly available or no longer qualifies for confidential treatment.

Final Order Entered: 1. The proposed transfer of Robert Oxford and IGS's interest in Kentucky Frontier to Steven Shute, pursuant to the terms of the agreement, is approved, subject to the conditions set forth in ordering paragraphs 2 through 4, as of the date of this Order. 2. Steven Shute shall notify the Commission in writing of the closing of the transaction with ten days of the closing. 3. If the transaction does not close within 90 days of the date of this Order, Mr. Shute shall file with the Commission a report on the status of the efforts to complete the transfer. 4. Any material revision to the proposed transaction shall be approved by the Commission in order for the amendment to be effective. 5. Any documents filed pursuant to ordering paragraphs 2, 3, and 4 shall reference this case number and shall be retained in the post-case correspondence file. 6. The Executive Director is delegated authority to grant reasonable extensions of time for the filing of any documents required by this Order upon a showing of good cause for such an extension. 7. The case shall be closed and removed from the Commission's docket.
