Final Order Entered: 1. The purchased water adjustment factor of ($0.82) per 1,000 gallons is approved. 2. The rates proposed by East Logan District are denied. 3. The rates as set forth in Appendix B to this Order are approved for water service rendered by East Logan District on and after August 1, 2020. 4. East Logan District's motion to deviate from 807 KAR 5:068, Section 2(2), is denied. 5. Within 20 days of the date of entry of this Order, East Logan District shall file with the Commission, using the Commission's electronic Tariff Filing System, revised tariff sheets showing the rates approved herein. 6. This proceeding is to remain open to allow further Commission action addressing East Logan District's almost 50 percent increase in unaccounted-for water loss since 2015.
