Order Entered: 1. Western Pulaski District’s motion for an extension of time is denied. 2. Western Pulaski District shall file an application for a general rate adjustment pursuant to 807 KAR 5:001, Section 16, or an application for an alternative rate adjustment pursuant to 807 KAR 5:076 by December 17, 2021. 3. This case is closed and removed from the Commission’s docket.

Final Order Entered: 1. Western Pulaski District is granted a CPCN to construct the proposed project as set forth in the Amended Application. 2. Western Pulaski District shall obtain approval from the Commission prior to performing any additional construction not expressly approved by this Order. 3. Western Pulaski District shall require construction to be inspected under general supervision of a licensed professional engineer with a Kentucky registration in civil or mechanical engineering to ensure that the construction work is done in accordance with the contract drawings and specifications and in conformance with best practices of the construction trades involved in the project. 4. Western Pulaski District shall file with the Commission documentation of the total cost of the project within 60 days of the date that construction authorized under this CPCN is substantially completed. Construction costs shall be classified into the appropriate plant accounts in accordance with the Uniform System of Accounts for water utilities prescribed by the Commission. 5. Western Pulaski District shall file a copy of the "as-built" drawings and a certified statement that the construction has been satisfactorily completed in accordance with the contract plans and specifications within 60 days of the substantial completion of the construction authorized under this CPCN.
