All provisions of the July 23, 2019 Order and the July 31, 2019 Order that are not in conflict with the terms of this Order shall remain in effect.

Order Entered: 1. Appendix B of the Commission's July 22, 2019 Order is amended as follows: Monthly Water Rates 5/8" x 3/4" Meters First 2,000 Gallons $29.45 Minimum Bill Over 2,000 Gallons 14. 73 Per 1,000 Gallons 2. All other provisions of the Commission's July 22, 2019 Order not in conflict with this Order shall remain in full force and effect.

Final Order Entered: 1. The purchased water adjustment factor of $0.18 per 1,000 gallons is approved. 2. The rates proposed by Breathitt District are approved. 3. The rates as set forth in Appendix B to this Order are approved for water service rendered by Breathitt District on and after July 1, 2019. 4. Within 20 days of the date of entry of this Order, Breathitt District shall file with the Commission, using the Commission's electronic Tariff Filing System, revised tariff sheets showing the rates approved herein. 5. This case is hereby closed and removed from the Commission's docket.
