Order Entered nunc pro tunc, that: 1. Appendices A and B to the August 19, 2019 Order are stricken and are replaced by Appendices A and B to this Order. 2. All provisions of the Commission's August 19, 2019 Order that are not in conflict with the terms of this Order shall remain in effect. 3. Within 20 days of the date of entry of this Order, KU and LG&E shall file their respective revised tariff sheets with the Commission, using the Commission's electronic Tariff Filing System, containing rates set forth in the applicable Appendix to this Order.

Final Order Entered: 1. LG&E/KU's proposed electric tariffs to revise the DBA and DCCR components of their respective DSM Cost Recovery Mechanisms as filed on February 29, 2019, and implemented on April 2, 2019, are approved for service on and after the date of this Order. 2. The rates contained in the proposed LG&E/KU tariffs and as set forth in Appendices A and B respectively to this Order are approved for service on and after the date of this Order. 3. No customer refunds are due for the period commencing with the April 2, 2019 implementation date of LGE/KU's proposed tariffs through the date of this Order. 4. Within 20 days of the date of entry of this Order, LG&E/KU shall file their respective revised tariff sheets with the Commission, using the Commission's electronic Tariff Filing System, containing the rates set forth in the applicable Appendix to this Order. 5. This case is closed and removed from the Commission's docket.

Order Entered: 1. The motion of the Attorney General to intervene is granted. 2. The Attorney General shall be entitled to the full rights of a party and shall be served with the Commission's Orders and with filed testimony, exhibits, pleadings, correspondence, and all other documents submitted by parties after the date of this Order. 3. The Attorney General shall comply with all provisions of the Commission's regulations, 807 KAR 5:001, Section 8, related to the service and electronic filing of documents. 4. Within 20 days of the date of this Order, LG&E/KU shall, using the Commission's electronic Tariff Filing System, file their revised tariffs reflecting that they are allowed to become effective April 2, 2019, subject to change prospectively, pursuant to this Order. 4. Requests for intervention shall be filed no later than April 15, 2019. Any party who submits a motion to intervene after April 15, 2019, and upon a showing of good cause is granted full intervention, shall accept and abide by the existing procedural schedule, if any.
