Final Order Entered: 1. Estill District No. 1 's motion to amend the previous Order of December 21, 2018, is granted. 2. Estill District No. 1 is authorized to consolidate its existing loans with Citizens Guaranty and execute a new promissory note payable over ten years at an initial rate of 3 percent per annum and subject to the conditions set forth in Citizen Guaranty's revised terms. 3. All provisions of the Commission's Order of December 12, 2018, that are not in conflict with this Order shall remain in full force and effect. 4. A copy of this Order will be placed in the case file of Case No. 2018-00276. 5. This case is closed and removed from the Commission's Docket. |
