The revised Territorial Map for the Clintonville, KY Quadrangle, a copy of which was filed with the Application, reflects the agreed-upon boundary changes by KU and Clark Energy and shall be maintained by the Commission as the official territorial boundary for the Clintonville, KY Quadrangle. 3. This case is closed and removed from the Commission's docket.
