Final Order Entered: 1. To satisfy training obligations set forth in KRS 74.020(8), every newly appointed water district commissioner must complete, within the first 12 months following the water district commissioner's appointment, each core course described in the Appendix attached hereto, each of which will be offered at every Commission seminar. 2. All other requirements adopted by the Commission in its final order in Case 2018-00085 shall remain in place and are incorporated by reference in this Order. 3. This case is closed and removed from the Commission's docket.
