Final Order Entered: 1. The record in Case No. 2016-00115, including the Post-Case Correspondence, is incorporated by reference into the record of the instant case. 2. Ohio District's request to modify the Commission's July 21, 2016 Order in Case No. 2016-00115 is granted. 3. The Commission's July 21, 2016 Order in Case No. 2016-00115 is modified to the limited extent that the KIA financing approved therein is authorized for the purposes of funding the water main replacement project described herein and for the construction of the proposed project in the application as submitted in this case. 4. All provisions of the July 21, 2016 Order that are not in conflict with the terms of this Order shall remain in effect. 5. This case is closed and removed from the Commission's docket. |
