Order Entered: 1. The MSHA coal district column shall be removed from the Companies' FAC supplemental filings. 2. The Companies shall use the acronyms "EKY" and "WKY" to differentiate between coal sourced from eastern Kentucky and western Kentucky, respectively. 3. The Companies, or any other interested party, are hereby given 14 days in which to file written comments regarding this Order. If no written comments are received within 14 days of the date of this Order, this case shall be closed, and will be removed from the Commission's docket without further Order.
