Final Order Entered: 1 . The findings contained in the Staff Report are adopted and incorporated by reference into this Order as if fully set out herein. 2. The rates originally proposed by West McCracken are denied. 3. West McCracken's request for three annual rate increases, based on Staff's finding that West McCracken could justify a $175,272 increase in revenues from water sales for an overall revenue of $802,775, is granted. 4. The Phase 1 rates set forth in the Appendix to this Order are approved for services rendered by West McCracken on and after the date of this Order. 5. The Phase 2 rates set forth in the Appendix to this Order are approved for service rendered by West McCracken effective the day after the first anniversary of the date of this Order. 6. The Phase 3 rates set forth in the Appendix to this Order are approved for service rendered by West McCracken effective the day after the second anniversary of the date of this Order. 7. One week prior to the effective date of the Phase 2 and Phase 3 rates, West McCracken shall publish notice following the requirements of 807 KAR 5:076, Section 5. The customer notice shall be in the format as set forth in the Appendix attached to the December 8, 2017 Order, and shall contain only the rate comparison being implemented for that rate phase. 8. Within 45 days of publishing the notice required in ordering paragraph number 7, West McCracken shall file proof of notice as required pursuant to 807 KAR 5:076, Section 5(3).

Order Entered: 1. Within 14 days from the date of this Order, West McCracken shall publish a one-time notice following the requirements of 807 KAR 5:076, Section 5. The customer notice shall be formatted as set forth in the Appendix to this Order. 2. West McCracken shall provide proof of publication of the notice to the Commission no later than January 4, 2018. 3. Any motion to intervene based on West McCracken's acceptance of the revenue requirement proposed in the Staff Report shall be filed no later than January 4, 2018.

Order Entered: 1. No later than October 31, 2017, Commission Staff shall file with the Commission and serve upon all parties of record a written report containing its findings regarding West McCracken's requested rate adjustment. 2. No later than 14 days after the date of the filing of the Commission Staff Report, each party of record shall file with the Commission: a. Its written comments on and any objections to the findings and recommendations contained in the Commission Staff Report; and b. Any additional evidence for the Commission to consider. 3. If Commission Staff finds that West McCracken's financial condition supports a higher rate than West McCracken proposes or the assessment of an additional rate or charge not proposed in West McCracken's Application, West McCracken, in its responses to the Commission Staff Report, shall also state its position writing on whether the Commission should authorize the assessment of the higher rate or recommend an additional rate or charge. 4. If Commission Staff recommends changes in the manner in which West McCracken accounts for the depreciation of West McCracken's assets, West McCracken, in its response to the Commission Staff Report, shall also state its position in writing on whether the Commission should require West McCracken to implement the proposed change for accounting purposes.
