Order Entered nunc pro tunc: 1. The Appendix to the April 18, 2017 Order in this matter is amended, in part, to read as follows: Residential rates are also subject to the Conservation/Efficiency Program Cost Recovery Component (CEPRC) of $ .01873 per Ccf.2. All other provisions of the April 18, 2017 shall remain in full force and effect.

Final Order Entered: 1. The rates proposed by Delta and set forth in the Appendix to this Order are approved for final meter readings on and after April 24, 2017. 2. Within 20 days of the date of this Order, Delta shall file with this Commission, using the Commission's electronic Tariff Filing System, revised tariff sheets setting out the rates approved herein and reflecting that they were approved pursuant to this Order.
