Order Entered: The presentations at the Russ, Inc. training to be held March 28 and 29, 2017, in Greenville, Kentucky, are accredited and approved for a maximum of six credit hours of water district management and wastewater training per day. 2. Russ, Inc. shall retain a record of all water district commissioners attending the accredited and approved presentations. 3. No later than 30 days after each presentation, Russ, Inc. shall file with the Commission: a. A sworn statement attesting that the accredited instruction was performed; b.
