The boundary changes as agreed upon by LG&E/KU and Shelby Energy for lots 1-9 of Shelby Woods Subdivision located on Pounds Lane, 981 Pounds Lane, and a portion of 973 Pounds Lane, all located in Louisville, Jefferson County, Kentucky, are approved. 3. KU's request for deviation from the filing requirements of 807 KAR 5:001, Section 7(1 ), is granted.
