Order Entered, nunc pro tunc, that: 1. The rate for 2-inch meters, as listed in Appendix B of the Commission's November 7, 2016 Order, is amended as follows: First 25,000 gallons $112.45 per 1,000 gallons 2. All other provisions of the Commission's November 7, 2016 Order not in conflict with this Order shall remain in full force and effect.

Final Order Entered: 1. The purchased water adjustment factor of $0.01 per 1,000 gallons is approved. 2. Garrard County's proposed rates are denied. 3. The rates as set forth in Appendix B to this Order are approved for water service rendered by Garrard County on and after November 10, 2016. 4. Within 20 days of the date of this Order, Garrard County shall file with the Commission , using the Commission's electronic Tariff Filing System, revised tariff sheets showing the rates approved herein.
