Order Entered: The presentations at the KRWA regional meetings held on July 12, 14, and 21, 2016, in Morehead, Owensboro, and Draffenville, Kentucky, respectively, are accredited and approved for a maximum of four credit hours of water district management training. 2. KRWA shall retain a record of all water district commissioners attending the accredited and approved presentations. 3. No later than August 15, 2016, KRWA shall file with the Commission: a. A sworn statement attesting that the accredited instruction was performed; b. A description of any changes in the presenters or the proposed curriculum that occurred after the KWRA's application; c. The name of each attending water district commissioner, his or her water district, the location of the meeting attended, and the number of hours that he or she attended; d. A copy of any written material given to water commissioners attending the presentations; and e. Documents indicating whether the Kentucky Board of Certification of Water Treatment & Distribution System Operators and the Kentucky Board of Certification of Wastewater System Operators approved the training for continuing education credit.
