Ordered Entered, nunc pro tunc, that: 1. Findings paragraph 6 to the Commission's August 17, 2016 Order is amended to read: The rates as set forth in Appendix B to this Order are fair, just and reasonable and should be approved for water service rendered on and after September 2, 2016. 2. Ordering paragraph 3 of the Commission's August 17, 2016 Order is amended to read: The rates as set forth in Appendix B to this Order are approved for water service rendered on and after September 2, 2016. 3. All other provisions of the Commission's August 17, 2016 Order not in conflict with this Order shall remain in full force and effect.

Final Order Entered: 1. The treated sewage adjustment factor of $0.85 per 1,000 gallons is approved. 2. Jessamine's proposed rates are denied. 3. The rates as set forth in Appendix 8 to this Order are fair, just, and reasonable and are approved for sewer service rendered on and after August 2, 2016. 4. Within 20 days of the date of this Order, Jessamine shall file with the Commission, using the Commission's electronic Tariff Filing System, revised tariff sheets showing the rates approved herein.
