Final Order Entered: 1 . The presentations at the training session scheduled to be held on May 4, 2016, in Erlanger, Kentucky, are accredited and approved for a maximum of six credit hours of water district management training. 2. The Joint Applicants shall retain a record of all water district commissioners attending the accredited and approved presentations. 3. No later than 30 days after the entry of this Order, the Joint Applicants shall file with the Commission: a. A sworn statement attesting that the accredited instruction was performed; b. A description of any changes in the presenters or the curriculum that occurred after the Joint Applicants' application; c. The name of each attending water district commissioner, his or her water district, and the number of hours that he or she attended; d. A copy of any written material given to water commissioners attending the presentations; and e. Documents indicating whether the Kentucky Bar Association and the Department of Local Government approved the training for continuing legal education credit and for the Elected County Officials Training Incentive Program Credit.
