Final Order Entered: 1. The record in Case No. 2015-00149, including the Post Case Correspondence, is incorporated by reference into the record of the instant case. 2. Bracken County's request to modify the Commission's June 17, 2015 Order in Case No. 2015-00149 is granted. 3. The Commission's June 17, 2015 Order in Case No. 2015-00149 is modified to the limited extent that the KIA financing approved therein is authorized for the purposes of funding the water main replacement project described therein and for construction of the proposed interconnection between Bracken County and Western Mason. 4. All other provisions of the Commission's June 17, 2015 Order shall remain in full force and effect.
