Final Order Entered: 1. The rate proposed by Columbia and set forth in the Appendix to this Order is approved for billing for the December 2015 billing cycle beginning on November 30, 2015. 2. Within 20 days of the date of this Order, Columbia shall file with this Commission, using the Commission's electronic Tariff Filing System, revised tariff sheets setting out the rate approved herein and reflecting that it was approved pursuant to this Order. 3. An informal conference is scheduled for Wednesday, December 9, 2015, at 2:00 p.m. Eastern Standard Time, at the Commission's offices at 211 Sower Boulevard, Frankfort, Kentucky, for the purpose of discussing Columbia's continued use of an annual adjustment to the ACA calculation and the methodology for projecting its EGC.
